Return Policy

Digital products cannot be returned once they have been delivered.

If an order was not delivered, was delivered incorrectly, or a code does not work, contact support within 48 hours and we will fix it or refund the amount to your wallet.

Orders that are still pending (not yet fulfilled) can be cancelled and refunded to your wallet.
